Special Orders
All Sparx C series mouthpieces are special order items (Sparx 2C, 3C & 4C)
allow 8 – 10 weeks for delivery.
All Sparx DV series mouthpieces are special order items (Sparx 2DV, 3DV & 4DV)
allow 8 -10 weeks for delivery.
Return/Trial Policy
Mouthpieces may be purchased on a trial basis. Please indicate to us if you would like a trial period when you place your order and make full payment. Your product(s) will be sent to you for a one-week trial. If after the trial period you do not wish to keep the product, contact us for return authorization. Once authorization is confirmed, please return the item(s) to our office via courier or the postal service (provided their is a tracking number). If the product(s) is returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped from our office, a refund for 80% of the purchase price less shipping will be issued. The retained amount will help to cover the cleaning and re-stocking expenses. Mouthpieces that are marked or damaged in any way except for minor shank scratches will not be accepted for refund. Please be very careful with the mouthpiece during the trial period.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped when payment is received/processed. Orders within North America will be shipped via regular parcel post unless otherwise notified. All other orders will be shipped Air Freight. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery time.
